Krok 1: Rezerwacja i brief (kilka dni przed)
Rezerwujesz termin przez formularz na stronie lub telefonicznie. Studio pyta o kilka rzeczy:
- Format odcinka: rozmowa, solo, panel, webinar?
- Liczba osób: ile krzeseł potrzebujesz?
- Gość zdalny: czy ktoś łączy się przez Zoom / Riverside?
- Scenografia: masz preferencje, czy zostawiasz decyzję operatorowi?
- Efekt końcowy: tylko nagranie, nagranie + montaż, nagranie + montaż + shorty?

Krok 2: Przyjazd i wprowadzenie (pierwsze 15 minut)

Robicie krótki test dźwięku: mówisz 2–3 zdania, operator sprawdza poziomy. Jeśli wszystko gra — jesteś gotowy.

Krok 3: Nagranie — Ty się skupiasz na treści, operator na technikaliach
W trakcie nagrania Twoja jedyna rola to rozmowa.
Operator pilnuje:
- Poziomy dźwięku (nie za cicho, nie za głośno)
- Kadr i pozycja kamery
- Oświetlenie twarzy
- Zapis materiału (co kilkanaście minut weryfikacja, że plik rośnie)
- Czas i tempo odcinka
Jeśli zapomnisz wątku, powiesz coś, co chcesz powtórzyć — mówisz głośno „jeszcze raz” albo klaskasz w dłonie. To znacznik dla montażysty. Nagranie toczy się dalej, nie ma zatrzymywania i resetowania całej sceny.
Standardowy odcinek 30–40 min zajmuje 50–70 min nagrania brutto — wliczając momenty, które będą wycięte.
Krok 4: Po nagraniu — krótkie podsumowanie
Zaraz po nagraniu operator odtwarza fragment materiału — sprawdzacie razem, że zapis jest prawidłowy, jakość dźwięku i obrazu w porządku.
Dostajesz potwierdzenie, że materiał został poprawnie zarejestrowany. Możesz wychodzić.

What does a podcast recording session look like — step by step
The ArtBoyz Studio rule is simple: you arrive, you record, you leave. The studio takes care of everything else. But if you’ve never recorded a podcast in a professional studio, it’s worth knowing what each stage looks like — from booking to a finished episode on the platform. No surprises.
Step 1: Booking and brief (a few days before)
You book your slot via the form on the website or by phone. The studio asks a few questions:
- Episode format: conversation, solo, panel, webinar?
- Number of people: how many seats do you need?
- Remote guest: is anyone joining via Zoom / Riverside?
- Set design: do you have preferences, or do you leave it to the operator?
- Final deliverable: recording only, recording + editing, recording + editing + shorts?
Based on this information, the studio prepares Studio S for your episode. You don’t arrive at the studio and then figure out the format — it’s all agreed in advance.
Step 2: Arrival and briefing (first 15 minutes)
